Welcome to First United Church of Christ. We are located at 1017 Todds Lane, Hampton, VA. As you drive down Todds Lane you will see many churches. We often say that we are located on church lane. Each church on Todds Lane is unique and different. We are proud to be among a group of wonderful churches.
One thing that makes our church unique is our tall steeple. When you look up as you get out of your car to enter our church you will see the cross on the top of the steeple. I look at the cross when I come to church and before I leave. It reminds me that Jesus Christ is one who draws us all together on our faith journey.
The motto for the United Church of Christ is God Is Still Speaking. We believe that God is active in our lives helping us to grow spiritually, to be challenged by the scriptures, and to believe in the Bible as God guides and directs us.
We are a church of diverse believers with the common goal to share the love of Jesus Christ through mission and caring for one another. If you are looking for a place to worship, we invite you to come and worship with us.
